Refund and Cancellation Policy for the 7th AASP Pharmacy Education Forum Registration
Notification of Cancellation: All cancellations must be received in writing (via email or mail). Please include full details of the registrant and a brief explanation for the cancellation.
Refund Rates:
Cancellations received on or before November 15, 2023: 75% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations received between November 16, 2023 and December 24, 2023: 50% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations received after December 24, 2023: No refund.
Substitution Policy: If a registrant is unable to attend the conference, substitutions are welcome at any time. However, all requests for substitution must be communicated to the conference organisers in writing.
Non-attendance: No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the conference organisers, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or the outbreak of infectious diseases, the organisers reserve the right to either cancel the conference or proceed with a modified version (e.g., virtual event). In such cases, an option for partial or full refund may be considered, minus any expenses already incurred.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 60 working days after receiving the written cancellation request. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during registration.
Service Charges: All cancellations are subject to an administrative charge of $50.
